Terms and Conditions

Fitzpatrick Knife and Tool Co. will not be held liable for injuries should you cut yourself with a knife and/or tool we sharpened for you.
By scheduling an appointment to have your knives and/or tools sharpened you are accepting the risk of potential injury
By scheduling an outcall appointment you are agreeing to a $30/hr travel charge which is waived if you are within a 15 minute drive from my place of business

Refund Policy

In the event that you are not satisfied with the edge of your knife and/or tool within two weeks of the service. You may eligible for a partial or full refund if the edge is found to not be up to our standards. If abuse of the edge(e.g. chips in the edge, the edge rolling over, the edge being flattened out) is found to have happened during those two weeks, the sharpening is not eligible for refund.
